WE’re Back! | Binghamton Photographer

Well, I think we can all agree that this whole global pandemic thing sucks! Here in upstate NY we are just on the cusp of phase 2 reopening, which means that any day now photographers can get back to work!! WOOO HOOO!!

I miss my work so much and cannot wait to start seeing clients again!! That being said - germs suck and I love you guys - so here is my plan to keep us safe and healthy while still making great photos.

  1. All sessions will be outdoors whenever possible until further notice

  2. We will operate according to New York State guidelines - so we won’t be photographing any events which are not yet allowed - ie large indoor gatherings.

  3. We will maintain as much social distance as possible during your session.

  4. If we need to get closer than 6 feet, we will wear a mask. If we are indoors we will wear a mask 100% of the time.

  5. We will temperature check each morning to make sure we are good before your session. We ask that our clients do the same.

  6. We will wash/disinfect our hands throughout the session and disinfect our equipment before each session as well.

  7. There is NO CHARGE for rescheduling!! If your event/life circumstance has been affected, please talk to us and let us help you to figure out the best way to move forward.

  8. For now, we are booking seniors, families, kiddos, pets, couples/engagements, weddings for 2021, small weddings/ceremonies for 2020. I am photographing newborns outdoors only - so sessions will be shorter and not posed (but still awesome).

Lastly - look for the rainbows. While this situation is not optimal (to say the least) it also affords us a chance to think in new ways and come up with creative solutions for problems!! I have found that even in rotten circumstances, wonderful things still happen. And sometimes those things wouldn’t have been possible if the rotten stuff didn’t happen.

So keep the faith my friends - every little thing is going to be alright.

    XO,

    Heather
