Bethany and Tyler's Traditions at the Glen vow renewal | Binghamton Wedding Photographers

In May of 2020, Bethany and Tyler scaled back their 200+ person wedding to only 9 people (including me!!). It was a beautify spring day at St. Patrick’s Church in Binghamton. Their tiny ceremony was big with heart! It was a fantastic couple of hours during a really hard time. After their ceremony we walked around DT Binghamton and made some portraits and finished up at Joey’s in Endicott!

Fast forward through 2021 and another canceled wedding reception - Bethany was now finishing up medical school, gotten matched for her residency and they were planning a move to Rochester to start their next chapter. What better way to celebrate making it through some of the toughest years of their lives than with a wedding celebration and vow renewal!!! So just a couple weeks ago on a perfect day at Traditions at the Glen they celebrated all the good things - it was an absolute joy to document their day!

Bethany and Tyler are so awesome that they even let me redo this pic!! The first one is my son Sam jumping his bike over them. It was something that had been in my mind as an idea for a long time. They were awesome enough to let me give it a try. When we met - they joked that we should have them jump their entire wedding party this time instead!! Sam wasn’t able to be there that day - but a guy with a skateboard just happened to walk by and so I asked…hey - do you think you could kick flip “over” this wedding party for me? He was totally game!! And when I asked his name - he said, “Sam”. Hahaha - I love how the universe works!!
